Courier
Every TCS parcel — where it is, what it is owed and whether it was paid. Updated from TCS automatically.
Latest from TCS
Parcels TCS is waiting on
When a delivery fails, TCS opens a ticket and waits for you to say what to do. Answer it here instead of phoning.
Weight charged against weight declared
What TCS billed each parcel at, beside the weight it was booked with. A parcel charged heavier than it was costs you the difference every time.
What the rider collected
TCS's own load sheets: the parcels its rider signed for on each pickup. This is the record to point at if a parcel is ever said never to have been handed over.
Connection status
Where every COD parcel's money has got to
A delivered parcel moves through four steps: TCS puts it on an invoice, TCS pays that invoice, and you see the money land. Anything stuck shows up here.
Parcels
Invoices from TCS
What your books expected against what TCS actually sent. Open one to see its consignments, and tick it once the money is in your account.
TCS billing weeks
TCS first invoices a week (Payment Detail — every CN with its COD and charges), then pays it into your bank (Payment Ledger). Bring in both from Envio; a COD sale is marked paid once its week has a payment date.
Check an invoice against TCS
Ask TCS what one of its invoices actually holds, consignment by consignment, and set it beside your own sales. Three figures instead of two: what TCS says it collected, what your books expected, and what reached the bank.
From the TCS payment feed
Read automatically — each paid consignment marks its sales paid, no pasting needed.
Courier invoices
What each invoice should have put in your bank, and whether it did.

Theme
Changes colours, fonts, corners and depth across the whole app. This is a shared setting — everyone who signs in sees the theme you pick here. Light, dark and auto still work on top of it, per device.
People who can sign in
You always sign in with the password from config.php and leave the name blank. Anyone you add here signs in with their own name and password.
Data
Bring data in, take it out, and keep a copy safe.
What are you importing?
Pick the kind of data and only that form is shown.
Upload stock CSV
Matching tag numbers are updated, new ones are added. Nothing is deleted. Use the columns from the stock download.
Upload past sales
For loading old months in bulk. Needs a tag number, what it sold for, and what it cost. Never enter profit — the app works it out and ignores any profit column.
These go into sales history only and never touch current stock.
Upload a ledger
Customers and suppliers with all their entries. Parties that already exist get their entries added; new names are created automatically.
Debit increases what they owe you — goods handed to a customer, or money you paid a vendor. Credit reduces it — a customer paying you, or goods you bought.
Upload investments
Three files, in this order: partners, then capital, then profit. The file type is detected from its columns, and partners named in the later files are created if missing.
Capital — Partner, Type (initial / topup / withdrawal), Amount, Movement date, Reason
Profit — Partner, Period (2026-01), Capital base, Actual, Status, Payment date, Payment method, Reference, Notes
Export
Pick what to export, over which dates, and exactly which columns. The printable version carries your letterhead, totals and a summary; the CSV is for spreadsheets.

Whole-database backups
Written to the server every night and kept for 30 days. They live on the same server as your data, so download one now and then and keep it somewhere else — a copy on the same disk does not survive losing the account.
JSON is the portable one — every record in a plain, readable format any future app or developer can pick up. .sql files are for restoring this exact database through phpMyAdmin.

Close month
Locks the month's totals and frees every sold tag for reuse.
